Kuraray first became interested in supporting Sara Takanashi after hearing from her aunt, who is employed at a company subsidiary in Belgium, that Ms. Takanashi, who had been participating in ski jumping competitions all over Europe, hoped to improve her practice conditions.
After considering what we could do, we decided that we would welcome her as a member of Kuraray, giving her the enthusiastic support of the Kuraray Group.
The Kuraray Group will continue to support Ms. Takanashi’s efforts as she expands her presence on the world stage.
