Nominal dissolving temperature in water: The temperature at which the specimen completely dissolves in water under the following conditions: The specimen, with a weight of 10g, is put into a 500cc vessel. The distilled water is as much as 30 times the specimen's weight. The water is stirred slightly, and the specimen is observed to have dissolved completely after several minutes.
Dissolving temperature can be changed depending upon the conditions. Please confirm with each mill before commercial production.
The following factors can impede solubility:
1. High density 2. Heavy weight 3. High twist 4. Less water 5. High alkali
6. Insufficient stirring
