For electrical and electronics applications Grades
Genestar™'s electrical and electronic grades are suitable for the SMT connectors, which have been moving toward increasingly thin-walled and narrow-pitch designs.
Grade lineup
Data sheet

Standard grade : GN2330, GR2300
GN2330, the standard grade, features a balance of mechanical strength, mold-ability, and dimensional stability, while the GR2300 grade delivers additional fluidity and weld strength. Both are well suited for a wide range of electrical and electronic components.
High-strength grade : GN2450
The GN2450 features high strength and modulus. It is well suited for components like FPC sliders and IC sockets that require modulus and dimensional precision.
High-flow grade : GN2332
The GN2332 features improved flow-ability in thin-walled parts. It is well suited for components requiring a high level of flow-ability as typified by 0.3 mm pitch connectors.
Low-warp grade : GW2458HF
The GW2458HF offers low warpage and high flow-ability, making it well suited for card connectors. A low mold shrinkage makes it well suited for components that are likely to be warped or twisted.
Toughened grade : GT2330
The GT2330 features high ductility. It is well suited for components requiring a high strength in pin fitting process.
HB grade : G1300H, G1350H, G1302, GW1458HF
The G1300H and G1350H are suitable for use in a wide range of electrical and electronics components as UL94 HB flammability rating, while the G1302 grade delivers low friction. HB grades do not contain halogen-containing flame-retardants. The GW1458HF offers low warpage and high flow-ability.
