KURALON K-Ⅱ New PVA fiber

KURALON K-Ⅱ is a new type of synthetic fiber based on a new wet cooled-gel spinning process developed by Kuraray. Made from poval resin, KURALON K-Ⅱ is available in a strong type and a water soluble type. It has the strength, low elongation, and alkali resistance, and is used as a special cement reinforcing agent, as a reinforcing material in the spinning of natural fibers, and in water soluble non-woven fabrics.

Applications
  • ECC (engineered cementitious composites)
  • FRC (fiber reinforced cement and concrete)
  • FRP (fiber reinforced plastic)
  • industrial materials
  • reinforcing material for spinning
