Shares less than one trading unit
Shareholders holding shares amounting to less than one trading unit (less than 500 shares) may buy the number of shares from Kuraray that they are short of one trading unit (500 shares). Following simple procedures, shareholders may also sell to Kuraray at market price the shares they are holding that amount to less than one trading unit.
